Learn what goes into making a documentary film in this hands-on workshop. Participants will be given public domain film and video clips to edit together and will explore the creation of meaning using image, voice, and audio. In addition to choosing footage, they will also be able to select music and record their own narration. Documentary filmmaker Justin Schell will lead the participants through the process of creating their own short documentary films. At the end of the workshop, participants will have a completed 30 second film.
