Musician Dave Menzo explored an exciting concept for his new album “Shhh...”. Every instrument played on the album came from AADL’s Music Tools collection! This unusual collection allows Library cardholders to check out drum machines, synthesizers, guitar pedals, and other instruments. Hear Dave perform live versions of tracks from his album!
If you’re a fan of our Music Tools collection, something might sound a bit familiar about Dave Menzo’s new album, “Shh…”. That’s because every instrument played on the album – vocal transformers, synthesizers, guitar pedals, and more – was checked out from the Library! At this special record release party, Dave will perform live versions of tracks from the album and demonstrate some of our Music Tools. The performance will begin at 4 pm on Saturday, May 16 at the Downtown Library.
